My name is Cana Clark and I work in children's book publishing!

In February 2024, my girlfriend and I adopted our first cat. Neither of us grew up with cats, so I dove straight into cat care content. I learned about the importance of consistency in a cat's daily routine, and their need to scratch and play. Authors who shared their personal experience and summarized feline behavioral studies gave me the tools I needed. All the books taught me to become a better pet owner. Soon, I found learning and reading about cats to be more than a necessity — it became a hobby!

I started this blog to share my thoughts on cat books, from serious cat memoirs to cat care guides to picture books. I hope you find something useful here!
